Turning noise into signal.

I'm Barclay Ibejiako, a Computer Science MSc student in Cambridge. Five years in IT support and data work taught me how software fails real people. Now I build full-stack apps with Python, Django, React and Next.js, and ship my own products.

About

Close to the hardware, now shipping software

The short version

I started on the hardware side, diagnosing faults and repairing client systems at Franklin Technology while studying for a BSc in Computer Science at Cross River University of Technology.

Then came a data science internship, where I built dashboards and an automated workflow system, and IT support for the Commissioner's office at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Solid Minerals. Now I'm doing an MSc in Computer Science at Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge.

That background shows up in how I build. I care about the unglamorous parts: who can see which record, what happens when the connection drops, and whether the person at the front desk can actually use the thing. I'm looking for a software, full-stack or cloud/DevOps placement on an experienced team.
